This program onboards Articled Transformation Specialist staff at Kannanware for the articleship period of 1 year (for freshers ) and 6 months (for experienced professionals) and trains them for real world digital opportunities. KTS Program’s primary purpose is to provide hands-on training and real-world experience to individuals aspiring to become a digital professional with our relentless mentoring efforts. Our Articleship program is structured with a curriculum and learning plan that outlines the specific areas of work the trainee should be exposed to during their training. This ensures that they gain a comprehensive understanding of the profession. This Program provides an opportunity to develop practical skills, such as client interaction, problem-solving, critical thinking and much more, which are essential for a successful career in the chosen profession. Upon successful completion of the various tests and the articleship period the ATS will have a chance to become a Transformation Specialist employee at Kannanware.
