Guided Articleship period
During the Articleship period of one year all the Articled Transformation Specialist will be going through rigorous mentoring, customised attention, on the job training, solve real world business problems and experience unique challenges to become a customer centric Transformation Specialist.
Mentoring
Trainees work under the supervision and guidance of experienced Transformation Specialist. This allows Articles to learn from the expertise of their mentors and receive feedback on their work.

About KTS

This program onboards Articled Transformation Specialist staff at Kannanware for the articleship period of 1 year (for freshers ) and 6 months (for experienced professionals) and trains them for real world digital opportunities. KTS Program’s primary purpose is to provide hands-on training and real-world experience to individuals aspiring to become a digital professional with our relentless mentoring efforts. Our Articleship program is structured with a curriculum and learning plan that outlines the specific areas of work the trainee should be exposed to during their training. This ensures that they gain a comprehensive understanding of the profession. This Program provides an opportunity to develop practical skills, such as client interaction, problem-solving, critical thinking and much more, which are essential for a successful career in the chosen profession. Upon successful completion of the various tests and the articleship period the ATS will have a chance to become a Transformation Specialist employee at Kannanware.
